There are so many great resources by others around our state. This is the place I will link and show the best that I have seen. Websites, YouTube channels, videos, and some podcasts have made the same effort we are making here. Let’s highlight everyone doing the lord’s work and keeping our memories alive.
Websites
NDHSAA Now – www.ndhsaanow.com
Easy site to find current schedules, standings, brackets, and championship history. Their specific page is a bit clunky and something we may add to the NDSA site in the future.
Football – http://www.northdakotahsfootball.altervista.org/#
As good a reference for finding scores, brackets, championship history as I’ve seen. I can’t speak to it being 100% accurate, but everything I’ve looked at from memory is correct. It includes town names more than co-op names, so be on the lookout for that. You want to see the 1994 9-man playoff bracket? It’s there. the 2018 Class AAA regular season? It’s there. Very fun to look through if you’re a fan of North Dakota High School football.
State Tournaments – http://activities.bismarckschools.org/links.html
This isn’t as comprehensive as the football website, however there are websites made for some of th estate tournaments played in Bismarck from 2002-2014. Game programs, pictures, stats, etc.
North Dakota Sports History – https://www.ndstudies.gov/
A great resource for some background on how sports got started in North Dakota.
YouTube Channels
YourLiveEvent – It has grown a lot in the last 7 years. Originally just covering HCV and Ada-Borup games, now has extended up and down the RRV covering all sports, doing a weekly coaches show, and spotlighting senior athletes as well as individual schools.
Magnitude Sports – Covering mainly the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding area. They cover Fargo Post 400 baseball team and select games of the week during fall, winter, and spring.
PSP Network – Your home for Western North Dakota games and promoting athletes.
Social Media Accounts
Blast to the Past ND – A great follow on Facebook and X (@BlastToThePast8) for those that use it. Very similar vibe to what we’re doing here, highlighting players and coaches. This page covers both past and present as well as a lot of polls.
